Refund Policy

GetIn sells credits that you use to get CVs rewritten for specific jobs. We want you to be happy with what you buy, so here is exactly when and how you can get your money back.

Unused credits: refundable within 14 days

If you change your mind, you can ask for a refund of unused credits within 14 days of buying them.

  • None of the pack used: you get the full amount you paid for that pack.
  • Part of the pack used: you get back the unused credits at that pack's price per CV.

For example, using today's prices:

  • 5-CV pack (₦3,500), 2 credits used: 3 unused × ₦700 = ₦2,100 refunded.
  • 15-CV pack (₦7,500), 2 credits used: 13 unused × ₦500 = ₦6,500 refunded.

After 14 days, credits are no longer refundable, but they never expire, so you can keep using them.

Failed or broken rewrites: credit back

If a rewrite fails, never appears, or the PDF is broken or unreadable because of a problem on our side, we'll restore the credit to your account. If you'd rather have your money back for that credit, we will refund it, even after 14 days.

Charged but no credits

If you were charged but your credits didn't appear, or you were charged twice, email us with your Paystack reference. We'll either add the credits or refund the payment in full.

What we can't refund

  • Credits already used on a rewrite that was delivered successfully. Each rewrite uses AI processing that costs us money as soon as it runs.
  • Not being shortlisted or hired. We can't control employers' decisions (see our Terms of Service).
  • Accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.

Not happy with a rewrite for another reason? Email us anyway and tell us what went wrong. We look at every case and will make it right where we reasonably can.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email support@getincv.com from the address on your GetIn account.
  2. Include your Paystack transaction reference (it's in your payment receipt email) and a short reason.
  3. We'll reply within 2 business days to confirm the refund amount.

Approved refunds are made through Paystack to the card or account you paid with. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. The refunded credits are removed from your account.
